One of the worst, had to send the fries back as they must have been sitting for a hour (Cold and Stale).

Ordered via McDonald app. Ordered 2 happy meals one with burger the other with nuggets for both my kids and a Big Mac meal for myself. All the food was ice cold and there was only one toy for the happy meal even tho I?ve offered two. It?s not the first time ordering for delivery and every time it turns up cold.

The place had a bit of a strange smell, and the service felt slower than usual. My cheeseburger was really dry and just didn?t taste right, which was disappointing. I usually enjoy McDonald?s, but this experience definitely wasn?t up to par.

They've set up some new ordering shite at this restaurant but haven't pilot signs up, waited 10 mins in a queue that was non existent then, another 10 mins queueing to order this is no funnif youbate disabled, making customers walk in and out of the shop and do a slalom is not the one making customers stand for ages is also not the one really poor communication ride staff and abysmal customer care

Absolute shocking service! Placed an order over an hour ago and it's still being prepared at the restaurant. When I spoke to them, I asked of there's was a problem with any orders or drivers and I was inform there is no problem, so questioned where my order was? Her answer was i dont know? I decided to give eltham mcdonald's another try as this has happened before. ordered with just eats but never again! Absolute shocking on both parties

What can I say? I used to visit this branch of MaccyDs as a child. Its impressive corner location and large plate glass windows affect views across to Eltham Church and a closed old pub opposite.
The service via the screens was quick and easy. There were enough seats free when we visited.
The ladies' toilet basin contained a used pregnancy tester kit. How romantic to know that someone found that kind of happy news in the convivial surroundings of the SE9 branch of McDonald's.
