Worst JD ever, staff are so miserable. Lack of customer service. Visited twice this month because I had to each time was equally as bad as each other even though it was different staff each time. Try and avoid this branch if you can.

Went in JD Eltham to buy Nike top & short set for grandson, 3 staff all standing chatting, managed to get top down from high rack asked for some help to get a small pair of the shorts. Staff member lifted first pair off that was a medium & said so no small even though rack was full of shorts, turned round carried on chatting so no customer service at all. Will not use Eltham jd Sports again.

Over charged me label said 23 was charged 30 manager was called over and refused to put the price down then proceeded to talk back to me about it saying its a nike price and not a JD. This manager is rude and should not be in customer service. Also there is no womens department in this shop it's useless if you are a lady go to catford or lewisham much bigger and the manager is not rude.

It's summer.. & most of their nike trainers are black or dark colours.. like almost all of them ( in mens).
