“I actually visited the Croydon branch a week earlier and purchased a game on the Xbox One format. Unfortunately, the game had an issue and would not install, always failing at 97.8%. (how annoying right?) Anyway, I was passing the Eltham high street branch and took the faulty game with me with my receipt. I explained the situation and the staff there were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I didn't get their names, but the three of them were working Saturday afternoon around 12.30pm. I perused some other titles and they exchanged the faulty game for me and now my kids are happy too. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you to the team for sorting this out so professionally and for smiling the whole time. I can understand how difficult the retail world can and how annoying some customers can be, so well done for facing it all with a smile. Keep up the good work.”
