I?ve been into this store a few times over the last couple of years and they?ve always been super friendly and helpful. Last week they helped my 83 year old Dad upgrade his phone and move to a new sim. Not much money for them in what they did but it didn?t matter - so lovely and great customer service.

We did not receive any help from the staff about our issue. They transfered us to customer service and customer service transfered us to the shop. Few weeks later still the issue is not resolved and we are going in circles. Staff should be more caring.

Went in to find out how to use some features on my phone. The young man was very helpful and explained how to access and use the features and gave me some helpful tips on other features. Very good.

Yesterday I visited the EE store in Eltham, London, SE9 and was served by Zak. I needed a new phone and he helped me to choose the right one and proceed to transfer all the data from my old phone. As it was taking quite a time, he suggested I go home and continue this and gave me step by step details how to achieve this and said if I returned the next day he would complete the change over. I returned this morning and, as promised, I had an updated phone in just over an hour. Throughout both visits, Zak was very helpful and explained the process at all times. A very personable young man, very customer friendly.

I received an EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE in the Eltham EE shop yesterday, from Nicky the Store Manager. I don't normally write reviews but I feel Nicky deserves some kind of recognition. Nicky went above and beyond and was incredibly efficient, patient and professional; she answered all my questions, talked me through my options, explained techie camera differences to me and showed me the best mobile phone options for my specific needs. Honestly I was wowed by her service. Thank you so much Nicky, you made it such a smooth and stress-free experience for me. You are an angel! Cheers, Renata

Looking for bad customer experience- look no further. Came in to ask a question only to be informed by the rather angry manager that there are people waiting outside, implying that I consciously jumped the queue, and offering a half an hour wait with 2 groups of client in store. Why have stores if that?s the customer experience you are giving

Being a customer since a year but experience always worst experience. I never used to do reviews but I need to tell the new people who are planning to choose ee. Please don't!!!! But I should say that the employees and the manager is good. Poor customer service by ee.
