It's a very nice place, and good chain of coffee shops! My only real issue is the steep prices, and lack of really good special offers.
The service is generally good, the atmosphere is nice & calm, they do have a customer toilet at this branch, and there's free wifi, with a few charging points dotted about around the store.
*update* I visited the store for a free (paid with loyalty points) cappuccino this morning. It was good. I didn't order any food, as I feel the prices are out of my range.

Most of the staff here are lovely people but there is one staff member who always scowls and is rude and gets my order wrong. Don't know what that's about ?

Difficult to say much about Costa places, coffee shops where you go to have some food and drink, to relax and rest for a while. It's always good to have a place where the service is always with smile.

A spacious and convenient spot right on Eltham High Street.
Costa here is larger than most, with plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe. A useful tip?when it?s busy, use the app to order ahead and skip the queue. Your drink will be ready by the time you arrive. Staff are pleasant, and prices are reasonable as expected. Only downside is the lack of parking, but that?s standard for a high street location. Overall, a solid place for a quick coffee or a relaxed catch-up.

The place was inundated with people on laptops etc taking up the decent seats went in with my daughter for coffee and pastry ended up with a cheese and ham toasty yuk the staff need to move on the loafers after they've finished their drinks etc should have gone opposite looks more appealing sorry Costco

Very poor service and rude staff I don't know how many times I asked for my drinks to be take away but still had them put in silly glasses where all the cream was dripping over the sides making a mess Starbucks in future

I use this Costa to work in most days. The staff are fantastic and very friendly, and they know the drinks of most regular customers. And while it's often busy inside, it's always clean and rarely full or too loud. Thanks to the whole team for making this such a great place to sit in for an hour or four!
Dietary restrictions: Soya, oat, coconut and almond milk available. Could do with more vegan cakes.
