They?ve increased the air pump to £2.50? a total rip off. Thanks to the machine not working I ended up pumping my tyres at Sainsburies petrol station in Eltham, which only charges £0.50!

The guy name ?Malia Das? was real rude with me.
After placing my order I asked him to scan my BP card, he shouted on me asking why didn?t I tell him before that I have my BP card while I was holding it in my hand.
He had no apology, full of carelessness. Even he didn?t wear his name badge.
Mind my mumbling as I could talk properly because of emotional spike.

Absolutely shocked today at the service. Especially considering the person serving was the manager!!! His name was naveed!!
The man is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Doesnt acknowledge customers at his till!!! Doesnt even tell you the cost when its time to pay or bother to say thank you!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! The staff before were always soo lovely sad to see what effect a new team has!!! I shall be going else where from now.

Drove all the way to charge EV but upon arrival there was a petrol/diesel vehicle parked on EV charging station. Went on to report to BP staff but was told there is nothing they can do about it. Such a shame ????

Only come here to use the car wash and despite the old wives tales of they?ll scratch your car it?s perfect. The premium wash does a great job and leaves the car spotless and shiny in just over 5 minutes. Can get a little busy but it?s open till 8 so best going just before it closes. Fuel is the most expensive in the area but the other services are always good, friendly staff always happy to help with a smile

Terrible petrol garage I broke down an hours walk away from the garage at night, I'm disabled, the garage clearly states online 24hours, when I got there it looked open but the staff member informed me it was closed and wouldn't serve me. Disgraceful service from BP don't acknowledge the 24 hours unless you want to waste your time because it will be closed!!!

Avoid this garage they close the doors early and don?t get anything from the shop for you just take your money for petrol several times now on the trot get there before 10pm says open 24 hours .

I would put zero stars if I could. Apparently the door has been broken for several weeks now and they refuse to serve me at the window, but have to signs up about the door or no service.
