Incompetent Staff - This is the second time I have had the same awful experience with this Boots Pharmacy. Make you wait for 30minutes then say they don't have the medicine. Then they give you the prescription but don't release it so that you can collect it from another pharmacy. Their contact number also just rings for 15 seconds then timeouts.

This became my nominated pharmacy after my last one closed. Every time I request a repeat prescription there is always an issue. They cant find my details, the medication is no longer made. Just spent 3 chasing them to find the medication was ready on 15/09 but they misplaced it... what a joke. You try and call them spend 20 minutes waiting for an answer to be told it's ready to collect then have to wait 30-45 minutes in the shop while it's processed what a shame of a pharmacy

A bit of a wait to get meds behind the counter but the young woman who served me was lovely. Store front is a bit rundown but they had everything I need.

This must be the most run down Boots in the country! I have never seen such a uninviting and bad looking store. Staff also don?t care about assisting customers, but you can?t blame them. It?s so depressing and bad. They might as well close it if can?t keep the same standard as other stores. Such an embarrassment to Boots!

Boots as a company has good offers. This particular store could do with a makeover, but staff are generally friendly, and pharmacy staff are always happy to help.

I ordered a prescription from online boots, paid for my order and had to wait over 2 weeks to collect. No txt and multiple times was told of a pickup, which was then delayed. Never a pickup when you try to call their phone number

Come here often, seems alright. I like boots as company and it?s prices and benefit?s. However this store itself seems very old and needs an upgrade. Also needs more brands it is quite limited. Seeing a refurbishment would be lovely and defo attract more sales with wider range.

A solid 1 for the years of errors with medication, missed medication, giving someone *else's* medication, not fulfilling orders, not contacting customers, and not offering compensation for heavily (two week) delayed orders. Horrendous ineptitude.

They're too mean to employ enough staff so there is now one queue for prescriptions and the pharmacy counter. The woman at the pharmacy counter is very rude, shouting at customers to only use one queue. This means if you need medicine from behind the counter be expected to wait 15 minutes minimum to be served, and when you finally are expect a hostile pharmacist to treat you like an addict! Worst boots ever. They need more staff and the existing staff need training in customer service
