Excellent store. I had paint colour matched by Guy on the paint desk. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and advised me on the best roller to use. Would happily shop there again.

Ordered online for click and collect some decking boards. Paid and 25 minutes later it was ready to collect. Went down and was all ready for collection. Great service

Don't bother, they don't have goods in stock and then make you order everything online, you wait 2 weeks from order then the day AFTER delivery is expected, they cancel the order. when you call you enquire where your delivery is, they put you through to a call centre in south Africa, then they tell you will be refunded in 14 days ...what a shit shower if a business no customer care !! go elsewhere is my advice, you will get better service.

I had lost the receipt for some unopened paint that had bought a couple of months ago along with some other items but took a bank statement with me on off-chance that I might be able to return it.
The lovely blonde lady on the till who was working on 2/6/2025 in the afternoon was so kind and helpful and I could also see that she was patient and pleasant with everyone, especially as she was the only one there. Amazing service!

Very poor experience yesterday at the Eltham store. I ordered a click and collect for 4 pots, 4 trays and 2 composts.
I used click and collect for the first time as I am recovering from an operation. All the items were present but on further investigation two of the pots at the bottom of the pile were clearly smashed up.
The lady on the collection point went to check for two replacements but surprise surprise these were the last ones. She immediately issued a refund. Her service was exemplary and she was professional and helpful/sympathetic towards my current predicament.
I am very very suspicious that the person fulfilling the order knew exactly what they were doing as it was clear to me from 20 feet away that they were broken. If they had been honest and informed me before issuing the completion I could have ordered at another store and saved myself an additional trip.
