Racheal is awesome. Super knowledgeable and patient. Helped me switch my phone over. I also watched her interact with a an elderly customer with dementia and she was so kind and patient.

EE store Walworth Road. The staff are not helpful at all. Not 1 remember staff don't want to help any customers it's not great customer service. It's should be much better services in the store.
