How am I shopping in a clothing store in England, I asked a worker if they sold a certain type of product and I got told ? GO SPEAK TO THE MAN WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH, I DONT KNOW?.

One of the worse shop in Edmonton Green. Our things have been stolen not twice but thrice. 1st my wallet then my sister in law?s iPhone 15. Now after 4 months my younger sister?s iPhone 16 has been stolen from same shop. They do on purpose, they have security guard , cameras and when you ask them for help, they say we can?t see in camera?s. Even I have report to police about my wallet incident ,still after that they did not help of any kind. They should close their shop.

I was assisted by Kelcia couple weeks ago, she was so helpful. She made the experience easy and pleasant. She helped me find items, given me heads up on the different sizing. Great work. Keep it up!

I like this store but unfortunately they don't have a homeware range and they don't have any changing rooms.

I was in there with my friend looking at the baby clothes and as we went to pay there was a very sweet lady and my previous shopping bag got caught in the basket and the woman helped me and was very polite and she even said goodbye and was very willing to help people.

Terrible customer service!!! Awful management!!!! Long queues while staff chat. Do not recommend. Very rude staff. Especially the women with fake dreads.

Terrible service. Staff are rude, especially the manager. Would definitely not recommend to anyone expecting a good shopping experience as customer concerns do not seem to be taken seriously.

One of my favourites along with Primark but usually I shop online and collect from Edmonton store. It's very comfortable.

The manager is so incredibly rude? went to enquire about something and before I could even ask he looked disgusted by me? even worse when he replied to me like he wanted me to leave. Never going back there again just awful people.

They should make this Matalan all kiosk (self-serving based) as the staff they are
a useless and have a stink attitude. Clearly need to be retrained with customer service skills and attentiveness.

One of the worst matalans I've ever been in. No good selection of what other matalan shops offer in a 20 mile radius as been in most when Mrs is looking for certain items
