My experience in purchasing a mattress from the Dreams store in Edmonton on 30 July was first class. I was served by Bekele who was professional. He welcomed me when I entered the store and asked whether I would like a hot drink, very hospitable. He listened carefully to what I was looking for in a mattress. He explained the technology used to assist customers in choosing a mattress. He placed a pillow with a paper covering on each of the mattresses I tried after my specifications had been assessed. Bekele explained the benefits of each matteress showing his knowledge. He allowed me to take my time to make my choice. The entire experience was pleasant. Bekele's delivery was polite and delivered in a pleasant tone of voice. He knows how to treat people. I am grateful for his assistance.

We started looking at beds and didn?t wait long for Rebecca to ask if we needed any help. She then spent a lot of time with us until we decided what mattress, bed etc we wanted. Can?t fault the service that Rebecca provided- she was very friendly and at the same time professional.

I got served by Rebecca at Edmonton green dreams and she was absolutely amazing. Rebecca has great customer service skills.She was so lovely and went above and beyond to help me and gave me a drink and she helped me get on and off the mattresses to try them as I am disabled.Rebecca is a credit to your company.
