This Review is not connected directly to CEX, However as they are in the centre, I would really avoid using this centre. It is owned and operated by toxic people. I was forced to pay a parking ticket while buying my son birthday gifts. Just because I made a little mistake when entering my car reg. PLEASE AVOID

The staff are not bothering to serve and the manager was so rude!!They just don't bother to sell! Items were displayed full of dust and dirt.Two customers were already arguing with the manager for the bad service. CEX should consider a new mangment team for Edmonton branch.

The products were good and everything, but if you change your mind about something, and want your full refund back they never give it to you and instead give you a voucher for another item within the store. Which is quite lame really, and kind of a robbery of someone's money!
