I go in there to use the pharmacy, the line is always so long, they should have a line just for collections of prescription or ask who is here to collect instead of waiting over 45 minutes to be seen just to collect.I try call in advance to see if they have all the items on the prescription no NOBODY ever picks up so I go down thee and 4/5 tines it's a wasted trip. They could be more organised

It?s alright there is hardly any stock on makeups and also the workers/ the staff go on like why are you even here that?s the look they give you. I get scared to ask them for help. I mean customer service is terrible there

Boots Edmonton are terrible, 3 times I've been in there for prescriptions and 3 times there has been problems. Went in there today and their systems were down so couldn't help, I have a 3 year old disabled child who needed meds, they did offer to sell me them for £10! Other staff in the store are lovely and helpful just not the pharmacy. Will be changing them to Supersrugs.

They might as well remove their telephone number since they never answer it. Few times I have turned up for my mother's repeat prescriptions on scheduled date and wasn't ready. I was asked to come back next day. It was not a major issue for me but there are patients find it difficult to get there easily.

I have been using the Boots repeat prescription service for many years but over the past 6 months or so, it has rapidly gone downhill. I am now having to chase them for my prescription and on occasions my prescription has been over 2 weeks late. This is not acceptable. I should not have to chase them, the prescription should be ready - a day or two is fine. In addition, they no longer answer their phone meaning you have to go to the store. I have spoken to the Manager there and they fast-tracked my prescription and reassured me that it won't happen again but it has. They keep blaming my GP but my GP has shown me proof that the prescription was sent a week before it was due. Boots, stop blaming other people and look at what the issue is....at the end of the day, it's the customer/patient who suffers.

This pharmacy at Boots Edmonton Green is currently suffering from system collapse. Meant to get a text when my tablets are ready - have been receiving nothing. You phone up - nobody answers - no answerphone. Today - finally managed to get through - went to get tablets in my lunch hour - abject mayhem. Queues - one person serving - people coughing in the large queue - purgatory. Popped in and out four times till queue had gone down a bit : even then i still had to wait nearly half an hour. Like I said - purgatory.

Boots Holloway road went here to purchase an item that was sold out online. Item wasn't out on the shelf, but the assistant said she knew they were in stock. Off she went and returned with the item in question. Much better than the Walthamstow branch. Went there first for the same item. The managers response was someone must have nicked it, even though showing in stock online. Well with that casual attitude, I suppose boots don't mind loosing expensive fragrance gift sets. And his attitude just p..... Me right off, to casual.

Awful service for prescriptions. GP sends electronically on a Monday pm, Boots claim on Thursday they haven't received it. Even when they receive it, it take three days to fulfil.

Took my elderly wheelchair bound father at this branch for a flu jab. The pharmacist and staff were professional and treated my Dad with the upmost respect. Well done ?

Unprofessional! It's -2 outside and I'm forced to physically travel to boots just to inquire about my prescription as this store location does not answer incoming calls, this has been ongoing for months in addition to lost / problematic email correspondence between them and my gp which has resulted in treatment titration issues.

Went to Boots for a specific cream only they do. "Boots Traditional Skin Care Skin Cream" . I've been using it for years and it's great for my face, keeping it well moisturised for the day and night. So good.They never seem to have much of it in stock but was able to get all 5 200ml containers. Always buy bulk when they have it.

The pharmacy department needs improving greatly. Long queue at counter that needs serving but are ignored for at least 5 mins or more before even being acknowledged

Walking distance to where I live. Prices are good. Opening hours are good. Stock levels and customer service can be better.
