William Hill's recruiting policies are absolutely bizarre. The manager here seems professional and polite enough. The staff look like they have just come from a day of funerals for all their grandparents, and who can blame them with the door constantly making noise as people come in and out for no reason, and some idiot is having a whole conversation shouting down his phone about his personal life while you're trying to watch the horseracing. Or recover from those funerals.
