They always have a problem with me, I always have to wait 15 minutes longer, but if I arrive ten minutes late even once, they say it's not possible????????costumer service ZERO. Employees with inappropriate behavior??

The shop does not open on time. I have tried to visit a few times in the mornings but the shop is closed. Staff are inside but do not open and let customers in. It?s now 11.15am. Unprofessional, there is no consideration for customer time.

I had an eye test in a different Vision Express store and brought my prescription to Vision Express Edgware and I am very pleased that I did!I was seen by Salesman Shafi who was very friendly, patient and knowledgable...he provided and excellent un-rushed service, good advice and helped me find a suitable frame and glasses that I am very happy with. It was a pleasure to meet Shafi.At the Edgware branch, I also had chats with the Manager Tom and Salesman Neal who were both very friendly. I would therefore, highly recommend Vision Express Edgware

Having been to a variety of opticians over the years this is definitely one of the best experiences I?ve had. The eye test was extremely thorough although I did pay extra for the scan. Well worth it though to really get a good overview of what?s happening in my eyes.The assistant who helped me choose frames (wish I could remember her name) was incredibly patient, I tried on quite a few and she gave honest opinions without being forceful. She helped me choose a stunning pair that were the right shape and size for my face and did all the measurement to ensure they would fit correctly.Can?t wait to go and collect them this weekend. Thank you for the great service!

Awful service was ignored and attacked verbally for expressing no one ?seeing? me waiting for my child?s fitting and made to feel like I did something wrong as a customer. I hope they check their cctv to show how they treat people in this branch! The manager Bharat joshi apparently notified his colleague I?m waiting with my child but the colleague by passed me and went to serve another person and spoke in their own language and they came after me and my children saw hajire rolling her eyes as I started to complain how unfairly I was treated. I would never bring my family back here I?m disgusted how I was spoken to just to express why I was ignored for 40mins!!!!

This was my first purchase at vision express Edgware my first surprise was having to pay in full for before getting the glasses most opticians ask for half of the payment due .The second was on collection I was very disappointed with the fit of the lens in the glasses for some unknown reason they did not sit fully in the frame & appeared to be raised above the frame ,I have never experienced this with any other optician when purchasing prescription glasses .The assistant was helpful & advised they could thin down the lens & make them fit the way I want them to. Another week to wait before I get my glasses ,let?s wait & see if they have managed to rectify the issue
