I have been a Three network customer for almost a year. Yesterday, I went to the Edgware store to upgrade to a Galaxy Z Fold 7. The assistant manager there was very rude to me, and another employee was equally unprofessional. They behaved as if I was asking for the phone for free.
When I asked them to show me other plans, they simply said, ?This is what you get,? with no effort to explain or assist further. It was a very disappointing experience.
With such employees, it?s ultimately the company that suffers. Right next to your store is an EE store, so I walked in there. The staff at EE were incredibly helpful?they sat with me for an hour, explained everything in detail, and provided excellent service. As a result, I am now an EE customer.
There?s no point in having used a Three SIM for almost a year if this is the kind of customer service provided.

I required a discovery session to help me transfer data etc from my old mobile to & set up a new one.
I dealt with Matteo who allocated me such time as was required. He dealt very politely & efficiently with my questions.

I purchased a sim on 12 February 2025 and my calls weren't working, I didn't realized it till 15 and missed some pretty important calls.
I went to a three shop today on 16 and Ron customer adviser behaved very rudely and when I asked for supervisor he loudly showed me the supervisor even when their sim has the problem, the supervisor was friendly.
EE salesman already told me about the three issues but didn't believed them.
They gave me a replacement sim and still calls aren't working having tried it on different handsets. Be Carfeul everyone.

Had a great experience at this store. The team was professional and efficient. Ali and the manager G (unfortunately, the rest of his name was erased on his badge) were really helpful and got me a fantastic deal on a phone. I would definitely recommend visiting this store.

Yesterday, I visited the ?Three? store in Edgware due to an issue with my broadband order. Their customer care team was professional, and they behaved in a very nice and friendly manner. I decided to finalize the broadband subscription with them, and the manager offered me a free iPhone screen protector. They answered all my questions patiently and delivered the new 5G broadband device. I came home, and it works at maximum speed. I am happy with my order.

I have been a very old customer of Three. I have been looked after very well Every Time I visit the branch, Thank you Three for having such good employees.
