I have been a Three network customer for almost a year. Yesterday, I went to the Edgware store to upgrade to a Galaxy Z Fold 7. The assistant manager there was very rude to me, and another employee was equally unprofessional. They behaved as if I was asking for the phone for free.
I required a discovery session to help me transfer data etc from my old mobile to & set up a new one. I dealt with Matteo who allocated me such time as was required. He dealt very politely & efficiently with my questions. I appreciate his assistance.

I purchased a sim on 12 February 2025 and my calls weren't working, I didn't realized it till 15 and missed some pretty important calls.
