Had a terrible experience in here with one of the Italian batista who was highly loud and offensive......upset my older kids who just wanted to grab a coffee and go and I basically had to try and keep my cool because he was so rude ?
The man is a barista not a god ? he needs to get a grip seriously when being asked to make coffee and lighten up when dealing with tourists.
Wouldn't have stayed to drink our coffee inside after that experience.

Yesterday around 5:30 PM!!!
Firstly there were 3 team members arguing with each other whille i was waiting to be served. Then they started showing middle fingers in front of the customers. After aprox 10 minutes someone decided to serve me after i told them i?ve been waiting for a while.
The boy who served me seemed very disturbed to be there and while taking my order kept arguing with his colleague.
I then waited like 10-15 minutes for 2 drinks!!
The person making the drinks threw my drink away like 3 times ( i don?t know the reason why) and one of the drinks gave me half filled cup instead of full one.
While i was waiting for the drinks a lady walked in and she started stealing all the desserts and 2-3 cups from the shop then walked out ( again this while the staff was too ?busy? talking and arguing with each other).
The above mentioned can be checked on Cctv starting from around 5:30 PM and I am completely digusted with the staff?s behaviour. Not what I am expecting from Starbucks customer service keeping in mind that I am a very regular customer going to different branches everyday!!!
I really hope the above will be looked into so other people do not experience the same

I had an amazing experience at Starbucks today! The coffee was absolutely perfect, and the service was top-notch. Vijay and Maria were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my order was just right. Their warm smiles and excellent customer service truly made my day. I?ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

They really revamped this place i hadnt been in for a long time. It is very bright and airy. I had some work to do so was sat a table for a long time nursing a little americano. No one told me to move or buy another. For that i give you 5 stars

Me and my friend ordered a Caramel frappe with no coffee, waited about 15mins for it to arrive, my friends drink had no caramel sauce on top, whereas mine had. Upon one of the workers hearing this, he offered to put some sauce on top. Overall kind offer but could?ve been a bit of a faster service, so wouldn?t recommend coming if you?re in a rush. Unlike the other reviewers, however, it did seem relatively clean.

A Disappointing Experience**I recently visited Starbucks and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The coffee I ordered was essentially just milk, with no discernible coffee flavor. It was poorly made and completely unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. The lady serving me was very unprofessional, which further tainted my visit. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and opting for Caffè Nero instead, where the coffee and service are consistently better.

I nearly walked straight out of here, but was in need of a drink. This was the scruffiest, untidiest Starbucks I have been to. There was food and rubbish all over the floor. Didn't look as if any of the staff were cleaning at all through the shift. I was there 30 minutes and the floor stayed as it was, no sign of an attempt to clean. Disappointing.
