One year ago I did make a pair of glasses with them, after 6 months I have realised that I have a stong headache wile I was using them and went back to speak with the Romanian manager, forgot her name.
She said to me that this glasses were made for reading and asked me how faraway do you read? and I said my laptop is about 45-50cm away from the eye and she said that needs to be at 40cm and because of that, I said that it may be 40cm too but I still have a headache. Her answer was:Sorry we can not dioi nothing ....
So I paid for glasses that I have never ever used them again and Specsawers just sent me to walk away!
Please avoid this practitioners.

The staff were lovely! As soon as I entered I was welcomed immediately and seen to quite shortly. All the staff were great! Many thanks to Samira for the eye test and Anita for the glasses!

I went there for an eye test and new glasses, was seen by an optometrist named Divyah, she was very professional and very welcoming. Everyone else there was also helpful and polite.

I am giving them 1 star because I can't give them zero! I got a letter from Specsavers inviting me for a free NHS-funded eye test. Booked it in and went for my appointment on the day to find out I was not entitled for a free eye test funded by NHS since I do not get any benefits. Makes sense is only entitled who receives benefits but why send the letter out in the first place? This seems to me like missleading information so once you get to the shop they try to sell you the exam and anything else. Does NHS even know they are sending these letters out without even knowing who is entitled for free eye test and who is not? The staff was rude and it was not the first time. Avoid Specsavers overall if you can and in particular this branch. Waste of time. Reply to Specsavers: if you want to look at this for me you can reply here.

Effectively fast track as requested due to my holiday fixed for few days time. No fuss & it is all done withing 5 -6 days as agreed. Price wise is so cheap I am amazed.

Started off well, welcomed sat down, answered a few questions, directed to the waiting area, shortly called for test, professional optician, test done excellent with explanation given. Then taken out and introduced to floor staff to choose frames. Looked through a few and tried some on then a customer walked in straight to the person helping me. She said will be back in a minute. Turned into 15 mins and she is not back mean time I've found what I want. Turned into 30 mins. Put the frames I chose back asked front staff can I have my prescription. As my person was still with the other customer. They could not find my prescription. Told to wait and someone will help me. Made it clear I cannot wait anymore. Told that I can come back for it Really? Said no I want my prescription as I am definitely not coming back. Very poor service from floor staff. Not vision express in the broadway have my business.

Fantastic! Easy-going but professional service by well-trained staff.
Spacious, well-lit space: so much more welcoming than the previous location, inside the shopping centre.

Don't visit this branch as they are corrupt working force. Had an NHS voucher for test and glasses which they validated multiple times, i kept asking if the frames and glasses were covered by the voucher and they said yes. When i came to collect, Maria scammed me and incredibly rude to saying we wont accept the voucher as it was by another colleague and she wanted full payment. Go to Kingsbury or other branches or other shops and not this group. There is no way to report their unfaithful behavior.

I had NHS eye test voucher. I checked in reception if voucher is valid for my eye test. Reception confirmed and clinician asked do I need veryfocul glasses and I said no i need glasses for computer, is this voucher okay? She also confirmed, I went to choose my glasses when Maria comes, and she said your voucher not valid...I was shocked I said but your two staff said it is valid then why it is issue now? She needed some number under the voucher. I had to call and give her again all number. It has been 18 days , I picked up my glasses today.no message from spacsavers that glasses is ready. They added my surname as first name.
Lots of issues. ...please don't visit this branch. They will spell your name wrong I database, they will not inform that glasses is ready, you have to chase them.
