A great local place to shop

They've made a further move around and it'sgettingfrustrating.
The store did that only 5 months ago and I was just finding my bearings again, but they've chucked another spanner in the works once more.

It's getting worse and worse in this store. The service is terrible ?, no helpful staff, extremely rude service. And on the top of that the Smart shop almost every time ask you to be scan by staff - then the staff get grumpy face and and you to scan it yourself again! I have been served by Sikha, likeI said very rude, I went to customer service and was the same rude service

I am disgusted and disappointed by the actions of some people and how the employees handling it. Lately when I leave the store I see opened items in the food bank box and once right in front of my eyes a couple of kids were going through it while Sainsbury's employees were three steps away from it. DO NOT DONATE INTO THE BOX BUT RATHER TAKE IT TO THE FOOD BANK! No food bank should cooperate with Sainsbury's again! Even going online and donating food directly to a food bank will do more than leaving anything in the box in this shop. I'M UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!

Had a great experience at Sainsbury's Edgware! Haroon greeted me with a nice smile and offered very friendly service made my visit that much more pleasant. It's always nice to see team members who go the extra mile. Thank you, Haroon!

Always a great experience shopping at Sainsbury's Edgware clean, well stocked, and organised. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly. Big shoutout to Team Haroon for their excellent service and warm smiles it genuinely makes a difference. Keep up the great work!

Normally well stocked, staff are helpful when asked however the one thing which is constantly an issue is their lottery/cigarettes section. Almost always 1 member of staff despite multiple tills and long queues. Other staff see it but don't jump in (or aren't allowed too). Hopefully enough complaints will get them to fix this.
