Went for the hydrofacial and it exceeded my expectations. My face has never felt so clean. The whole experience was great - clean environment and friendly therapist who explained everything that was happening. My skin felt renewed and refreshed while I felt very relaxed after my treatment. Highly recommend

AVOID this place!They are more of the quantity of the customer instead of giving quality service in each customer!Totally so disappointed as they did not completed the time based on what I have paid!Avoid most especially if you will book with them in Treatwell!They will changed your booking without enough notice and will question you being late! If you did not just moved my booking without prior notice then all my appointment that day was not affected too!Owner do not care with customer satisfaction as long as they have the voucher from Treatwell!If there is 0 rating here I will give 0 star for the owner who changed my booking time without asking me!I gave 1star as the therapist was just following the owner?s Instructions!!!No back massage as per descriptions.So paid for 1.15mins but got 15mins for facial,5mins massage, 20mins alone in the treatment room with mask and rinse! Ended up with so much less service! And instead of being sorry they will blamed customers too!So the owner enjoyed her holiday and changed my booking and ended up being stressed!No care and respect as they got the payment already from Treatwell!!!Response to the owner?s statement: Firstly, when i arrived you were not there but opted to be in denial that you declined to give a full facial with back massage.Secondly, you were blaming Treatwell that they have changed my schedule well in fact to were the one who changed it.Thirdly, do not blamed Treatwell again for your failure to give a good service.Lastly, I was not angry, I just do not want other people to be a victim of your misleading promotions and btw, It was your salon who declined to give the back massage and/or refund.It is not Treatwell so stop this lies.PS-I did this review to tell everyone my worst experience with your salon and so you won?t do the same lies with other customers before they purchased w/ Groupon or Treatwell.I am not mad too as Treatwell investigated and refunded my money.

Highly recommend all the services available. Everything is done with a personal touch and they go above and beyond. I am always given extensive after care information no matter how often I visit, I especially love having facials!

Went for my first microdermabrasion at Rumiz Beauty Studio, and I loved everything about it, also had a massage and facial as part of a package,never felt better and will definitely come here again. I was seen by Kadz who was very professional and she done everything within the time slot. I would highly recommend her.
