I went to buy a kettle. The manager was incredibly helpful. He suggested I become a member and I refused. But then I wanted a juice maker and he told me the huge difference in price if I had a Robert Dyas Card. I have been waiting a few years to buy a juice maker, so this really made my day. They?re going to deliver it as well free because I couldn?t carry it home. Fantastic savings And really good service.

I needed to buy a simple item - windscreen wash for my car. There are hundreds of shops in my area but hardly any sell useful practical items. So I am very grateful to have a local Robert Dyas shop and to find the product I needed at a reasonable price.

Nice shop and a fair bit to choose from?but the customer service is absolutely awful!!! One of the cashiers was pulling faces at customers and the other staff member was just full of attitude!

The store is really good,with lots of interesting things to buy. I just think they've gone over-the-top with discounts for having their card.

Worst 2 customer service staff I have encountered at a store. Not very helpful and the Indian male manager speaks for no reason without a resolution until wasting your time for 20 mins. If you require help don't enter this store.

This is a shop that sells house hold goods so everything from cleaners to screws to pots and pans and much more. Also in the shop is DHL the parcels and letter courier service which is what we used. Friendly staff and helpful but I think when an older person comes in at times they need all the help especially when asked to use the computer. Apart from that a good shop to visit

Lots of different goods. Worth visiting. Prices vary as some stuff is cheap and some quite expensive. Well laid out store with plenty of choices for each section.

Never has what you want in stock.I have looked online for several items I have wanted to buy then when I check Edgware it is always "not in stock in this branch".
