I just ordered a pizza and side and drink about 6 in morning. I literally live 10 mins by walk from shop took 45 min to being delivered no worries I can ignore that.
Other side the food was literally burnt taste less no fats of cheese. I have added pineapple as an additional topping everyone can barely find 6-7 pieces.
Additionally the side which they gave us was already made hours ago and they just reheated it and sent us. Which is disgusting. When I called the shop a lady called Ankita answered and blamed the delivery guy but actually ignoring the issue with food. She was speaking as robot like ?claim refund? ?claim refund?. So what they expect me to do. I can guess this just happens because of lack of management and under trained staff.
I would recommend not to order for sure rather prefer to stay hungry.

Pizza's were ordered well in advance for a delivery that was requested later in the day. Got a text from Uber saying they will be delivering the order. Driver on the way but all of a sudden, another delivery driver was requested. Pizza's finally arrived 25 later than requested and on receiving the pizza's, the driver said he went to the wrong address. Pizza's and sides arrived luke warm at best. Definitely won't be ordering from here again

We ordered pizzas weekend and it was uncooked, tasteless and ingredients quality was absolutely awful. Never expect this from papa johns.

I ordered garden veg pizzas and received 2 margaritas... hardly any veg. I won't embarrass the management with photos because they already know what they're doing!

We ordered 8 items. 1 out of 8 items was missing so we called.
One lady answered and once we explained the situation, was very rude and cut the phone 3 times.
She was not willing to speak. And blamed uber. Who only delivered due to the busy day. Uber was not at fault. And she was wrong as we ordered of the website.
She also claimed that the 8th item was only a delivery charge. Which doesnt make sense. As that would never be included in the list of items.
Same lady was heard behind talking in hindi, arguing in reference to the calls. Which we could understand.
On 5th time calling back, someone else answered claiming to be the manager. She calmly defused the stituation.
Although we had no compensation or refund, the item was replaced and sent out.
This has happened numerous times with papa johns, in specific with this Edgware branch. With numerous different people ordering. Busy day or not.

If you like cold pizza over an hour late this is the place to be! No apology for the delay to my delivery either. The pizzas were verging on cold, but still tasted nice however the base is too chewy and dry so needs more tomato sauce and dips. The vegan nuggets were tasty, but lukewarm. The cheesy garlic bread was delicious though.Vegetarian options: Veg and vegan options available

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!! I ordered two pizzas at 20:08 online and paid. After an hour I called them and check the order, the woman on the phone said it was already on the way. Wait for another hour, nothing showed up so I called again. The same woman answered the call and said they were too busy and needed another hour. I said it had been two hours and I needed to cancel the order and she just banged the phone down. I called again and asked for refund and she just banged the phone down again after saying "No refund". The delivery showed up at 11:40 when my family were already sleeping. The delivery guy asked me to call the shop if I refused the order but no one answered the phone. Open the boxes and saw two cold pizzas that were baked at least an hour ago. The worst experience in my life.
