With their exceptional customer service and swift action, I was able to get my new lenses fitted into my frame within just one day!Mehdi, one of the staff members at Oak Optometrists, went above and beyond to assist me. Despite the tight deadline, Mehdi assured me that they would be able to accommodate my needs.True to their word, Oak Optometrists delivered on their promise. Not only did they provide quick service, but the price was great as well.I highly recommend Oak Optometrists to anyone in need of eyewear solutions. It was my second visit to this optometry and glasses store, and I was thoroughly impressed. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The optometrist was incredibly patient and meticulous in examining my eyes and guiding me through the process of selecting the most suitable lenses. As someone who's worn glasses for over 35 years, I can confidently say that I'm extremely satisfied with both the lenses and their precise installation. Believe me, I know the frustrations of diplopia, distracting shadows, and excessive eye fatigue ? none of which I experienced here!Although the selection of frames may not be the widest, it offers a good variety and is well-suited to residents of the area. Ultimately, the exceptional customer service is what truly stands out for me. It's important to choose a store that prioritizes and respects its customers, and this establishment certainly does that. I will definitely be returning for all my future vision needs.

It?s not very often you receive exemplary customer service ! So, I thought it was important to highlight this and praise the staff at Oak Optometrists, Burnt Oak Broadway ?I was in urgent need of new reading glasses, as I?d broken my current ones. Staff were so polite, re-assuring, helpful and welcoming. I was treated with such patience and shown a variety of specs. Helpful and knowledgeable advice was given, and the order process and all options were fully explained. There was no ?pressure or hard sell? like I?ve experienced in the past at other opticians. I was allowed the freedom to ask many questions, and to make my own choices, without feeling rushed.I can honestly say the service was faultless. My new specs arrived in good time, and I?m delighted with them.A huge thank you to all at Oak Optometrists, 61 Burnt Oak Broadway for their first-class professional service. Very much appreciated, and I highly recommend this Optician.
