Frequently do click and collect here and pick up a few bits while doing so. It?s not the biggest store so doesn?t have much of the collection like the Watford store but it?s easily the best shop in Edgware! Such a delight having a good shop and helpful staff.

I?d give zero stars if I could. Price on label was lower than price at the till, wasn?t honoured which is illegal. The staff are rude & obnoxious, customers are an inconvenience. The changing rooms are dirty, covered in hair and smell. The shop is disorganised. There are some training needs here, but based on over 10 years experience managing minimum wage staff you can train people in knowledge but can?t change their attitude so they need to consider whether they are in the right job

The products are good, but the customer service is absolutely horrible.
They called me "lady", and I told them I am just a virgin maiden and I do not wish to be called as a lady. Then when I asked few questions about the product, the lady at the counter seemed to be sulky and answered "I don't know". It seems that they perfectly undestand why maidens should be called as girls and the ladies who fool around are ladies, bur they pretended that they do not understand. How disgusting!!

On Friday morning today there two store staff who backchatted rudely about a customer after their phone call with them. Then one of them abruptly laughed out rude to herself, made some suggestive expressions and the other started laughed. They displayed undesirable behaviour being unprofessional. New Look if you are going to hire cheap staff at least hire those who have been brought up with respectful behaviour and basic manners. I was mortified to see how they immaturely and rudely reacted after customer phoned them in store at counter.

Disappointed in the range at the Broadwalk shopping centre branch. Went there after seeing some interesting things in my Instagram feed which I wanted to look at. None of that in the store. Very poor selection of dresses.

I went in there today with my elderly mother. The member of staff who was apparently the person in charge had a serious attitude problem. She was so rude and disrespectful when all I wanted to do is order a jacket. New look need to train their staff on basic customer service otherwise customers will be lost. I was told the item could be ordered and then told actually no there wasn?t any. She was raising her voice and her tone of voice was disgraceful.

I went to New Look to collect some shoes and went to try them on. Three young women without masks continued to talk over my head and did not maintain any social distancing.I complained to staff who could not be bothered to do anything. They said I was protected because I wore a mask - do they not understand, my mask protects other people, not me as it is not clinical grade. They are poorly trained at best, lazy at worst.TK Maxx in the same shopping centre has a security guard in front who checks if people are wearing masks. It has a better stock. I will shop there in future!

RUDE staff. Literally act like they dont realise customer service is in the job description. They had an attitude about their own mistake, instead of apologising and correcting the fault!

Not bad, not great either, useful for getting a few basic tops and maybe clothes for the home, basic flip flops etc. but quality as expected not brilliant and variety is limited. Took a long time waiting in the queue even though only one person ahead of me and wasn't that busy to start with!!!

Disappointed! Not mentioning that waited long time for someone to turn up to the till and not even sorry . Been served by the girl called Mihria & she did not removed the security tag ! Had to travel back(!!!) To get this sorted ! I can't believe she is actually a manager!
