Zain was amazing at providing us information in regards to switching from book account to card accounts.
He was understanding and explained everything in simple terms.

Honestly really disappointed with service every time I go in there I feel like they are very dismissive and would rather show you it on your phone than just explain what?s going on and what you need to do. Staff are really off and even when it?s empty don?t give you the time of day without feeling rushed. As well as when I spoke to them over the phone they told me two things that where just not true which caused me to have to go and make an unnecessary trip there just for them not to be able to do anything about it. It?s unfortunate and I really hope in the future they can work better on their customer care!
