Great friendly service and staff went up and beyond. Great atmosphere and great food. First time here but won't be our last, great experience and food was well cooked and came out quickly considering size of the order!

I visited Nando?s on Edgware tonight, really looking forward to some wings, but ended up extremely disappointed. The wings arrived quickly but were cold and clearly reheated instead of being fresh. The same was true for the chicken breast my toddler had. I?ve been a loyal customer for years and have always enjoyed the food here, which makes this decline in quality even more frustrating. I will never visit them again, and it?s no wonder the restaurant was nearly empty tonight. I hope management addresses these issues soon.

The staff need hygiene training. I ordered food & watched them in the kitchen coughing, wiping there hands on outerwear and talking over the food, I brought this to the attention of the somewhat ?manager? who stated ?This is how they work, I cant change that? then ordered his colleague to issue a refund. The manager has no manners! The previous manager Esther would have never allowed this!
