After the bad experience I had today at this shop I don?t think I will go ever again. They was very rude. Not good customer service. I was with my kid who is 2 years old and I want to pay on the side where you can?t see the play ground because my son cry very much and he they said they don?t care but they let another customer pay there. They are very racist as well. When my kid go to play they call the security to kick me out. But the security guy he understand that I?m right

Excellent place to shop, lots of parking spaces and lots of trolley for shopping unlike Tesco's at Brent park. Variety of items, perishable food and non perishable items too.

Yesterday, l went to Morrison in Queensbury. The service was so good that l have to tell you about it.I wanted to buy pudding rice and asked a lady staff filling up the trolley & she pointed to aisle no 2. This was rice pudding in tin. So I asked another male staff, and he pointed me to aisle 14. Went to aisle 14, but there was no pudding rice. So I asked another young male staff and explained that I had been no 2 and 14. He shurged his shoulder!! No help. So I thought let me go to Customer Service, surely they must know. The customer service lady said she doesn't know as she only works 1 day a week so I should go & find a supervisor. So I trotted off to find a supervisor. There was no supervisor so I came back to Customer Service. A security guard tried to help me to find the pudding rice. Thank you so much to the kind security guard who went out of way to help. I spoke to the Manager, eventually, who apologised but the proof is in the pudding!! Morrison pls remember there are stores where their staff know the product location & are also helpful & do not play pass the parcel game!! I dealt with 6 Morrison staff & it took 45 mins to get a 1packet of pudding rice!!

Made an order via deliveroo. Few items were crossed out by pen instead of on the system. Therefore I didn?t get the items and didn?t get the refund as well. Feel like a scam.

Many of the shopping isles are way too long & annoying to have to walk down.Feels like you are trapped & unececerily prolonging your shopping time?.Defo.not buying any more!I often go straight after work to find there's only 1 till open which is frustrating as there's often a queue.The conveyor at the tills are now so narrow & short it is impossible to unload a trolley full of shopping without having to go back & finish unloading in the middle of packing bags ?????.I now do a smaller shop & often go elsewhere. Who's rubbish, big idea was this I wonder!!?I doubt if all the tills will ever be open at the same time so seems like yet another customer frustrating idea.Customer service = joining yet another Q where 1 person is multitasking.... customer needs have gone to pot!

Morrisons have started reward points on specific products, but don't realise, that not all people are the same. We all have different likes & needs. Giving points for babies, pets, gardens etc when l don't have any of these, how can l build my points to get £5/ reward, it'll take ages, not a happy customer.

I can't comment much on this store I am afraid since I only visited it briefly for 5 minutes or so. Parking facilities look good and the store was quite spacious.

Someone in the management of Morrisons must have come up with a really bright idea on how to annoy and loose customers, simply close all tills after 7 o'clock that a manned. So you have self checkouts, half are not working not enough staff to help people. Also delicatessen is closed at 6 pm, they cover it paper, another great idea. However come up with these ideas most likely works for a competitor. They lost me as a customer so keep those amazing ideas coming up Morrisons you on the right track for loosing business.

Packed shop with people queuing, none of the tills open, just the self checkout, obviously from 6 self checkout only 3 was operating , joke.....

This store has pretty much everything under one roof with good value for money. They always have special offers and Morriston's own brand for cheaper prices. They have fresh fish and meat counter. Fresh Bakery and cafe on site. They have a 24-hour patrol station. It has very large parking spaces and free ATM as well. They have Nutmeg clothing at good prices. The only thing to improve is that staff as they lack customer service skills as most of them look fed up and tired all the time. Since changing the layouts, this store is busier than before. Overall, it's a great place for value shopping.

They had some good deals on some of the fresh meat items at 3 for £10.They had quite a few reduced times however for the time I went at I do feel the prices could have been a bit lower for today's date on them. Ended up walking out there with 2 dull bags for just over £30

Good range and availability of products. Like the new updates to the store. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Layout is a little odd with food / grocery aisles split by the clothing and health care section in the middle of the store.
