Metro Bank is extremely slow and frustrating. Every time I go there, I have to wait between 30 minutes to 1 hour just for a simple bank statement. The branch is not even busy, but still they keep people waiting for no reason. Very poor service.

Avoid having a safety deposit box here as they do not value their customers time here. It takes 40 minutes at a time just to gain access to your box. Avoid avoid avoid!

Staff are always friendly and welcoming but the wait at the cashier desk takes 20-30 minutes sometimes. Please get minimum two people at the desks not professional at all how much can an extra staff cost the bank. Clearly not bothered about the customers waiting time.

My father visited this Branch to open a business account. Other staff members were quite dismissive however he was seen to by Chinyere and we are so impressed with her customer service and the treatment we had received. We have previously had a bad experience with Metro Bank and opening business accounts however this young lady has really changed our opinion. Thank you very much Chinyere.

Very misleading. Online ask to go to your nearest store which I did. But they turn me down at 1pm cause nobody to help me to open an account.

Very unprofessional, rude and distasteful staff members. Once I had explained why I had come into the bank today, this particular staff member called over her colleague and said ?I have a headache can you deal with this customer? as she rolled her eyes and sighed. Absolutely horrific customer service. This is not the type of attitude I expect, and it seems to be a common theme with Metro Bank.

Shockingly poor service this morning, no communications clueless staff members who?s are not only ignorant but rude when asked to do their job. We went at a time where it was not busy at all and still such poor service. Leaving their services. Would highly recommend avoiding this bank at all costs
