Got in 1.5hrs prior to closing but they managed to resolve my internet banking suspension even though they were understaffed and there was a lot of customers. Helped me set up new savings account too. Lovely two ladies at the front desk, unfortunately not sure of their names.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences at this branch of Lloyds Bank. The staff have been exceptionally helpful and friendly each time that I have visited them. They have gone above and beyond to help me, especially during a stressful time personally.

would give zero stars if I could! Lady at the front desk was so rude. We came in asking for help as we had a problem logging into the banking app esp with the first and last names etc as our name is long hence we were confused which names to used. She unwilling helped us and made a sarcastic comment saying ?it would make it easier if you read it properly? I?m sorry!?! Please don?t work in the frontline if you?re gonna be so bloody rude, thanks.

Visited the branch today 11.05.2024. After reading the reviews I have been a bit reluctant to do so . It was the closest one , open on Saturday. In contrast of the reviews written I had a great experience there. I was greeted from the front desk, given direction to the cashier and served professionally by the very kind and helpful lady.

I went to Edgware branch 2 weeks before and I had very bad experience.
That day I used immediate deposit machine and when I did deposit my money at that time some noise came out & I asked one of their staff and she said press cancel button and I did then automatically machine was restarting but at that time my card and money was inside and again I called one staff and asked about this and she asked me how much money did you put in ? So i replied that total £500 after that she brought my money from inside and it was £50.00 less And I shocked how ?? instead of being helped me she talked very rudely with me and she said no any other money inside but I was 100% sure because I already counted two times before that and after She didn?t even apologize to me for my loss and instead told me that must you dropped somewhere and she was left from there without any further action after I went desk side and again asked her what I have to do next for my money ?? She was extremely rude at all After I called on Customer service number and it was good service on phone call which was lack in this branch and after that they declined my complain.
Recently I closed my Lloyds account because first I can?t trust any more with this bank after this money problem and second because of this rude and unhelpful staff member who seat front desk side in this branch.
In other banks they look after their client first not like this.

I recently visited this branch to withdraw money, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon approaching the counter and politely requesting assistance with a withdrawal, I was met with an extremely rude staff member. Instead of addressing my request professionally, she rudely informed me that she was in the middle of a transaction and even rolled her eyes at me. Extremely unprofessional.
