Our experience working with Vivienne at Kitchen Co-ordination was excellent. She walked us through the process and helped us choose the right style, configuration and colourways for our space. She was always very responsive and went above and beyond to overcome and resolve a number of issues that arose during the project that were not of her making. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and, over a year on, still walk into the room and get the wow factor. We'd recommend Vivienne for any one that wants that real personal touch.

We decided to refurbish our house in 2020. This involved removing the entire back of our house and building a new extension which entailed creating our dream kitchen and dining room area. We worked closely with Vivienne to create our kitchen and she was amazing. During a time when covid restrictions where still in place, Vivienne worked hard to make the very best suggestions in terms of creative ideas as well as providing quality suppliers for the units, marble and fittings. The kitchen still looks brand new and we love using this space.

I could not be happier with my new kitchen: it truly is the kitchen of my dreams. None of it would have been possible without Vivienne. From start to finish the service she provided was flawless. She listened to what we did & didn?t want, and produced the perfect plan, attention to detail impeccable. Perceptive & empathetic, she made suggestions which cleverly matched our tastes but also pushed us slightly out of our comfort zone - but she was absolutely right to do so. She said from the get go that we we had the room of the wow factor and our new kitchen would match, if not trump, the space. And she was right. I would also like to take this opportunity in saying that all of the people she works with - installer, plumber, electrician - are first class too. Resourceful, mindful, and just genuinely nice people. The whole project went like clockwork, Vivienne was always on hand to oversee everything & to answer any and all questions. A dream of a kitchen provided by a dream of a person. Thank you!!!

From start to finish, Vivienne has provided exceptional service. Her design and creativity has helped us get the kitchen of our dreams! She has been available throughout the whole process to answer every question under the sun, and any issues have been resolved instantly and without fuss. She also has great contacts for all your needs and would strongly recommend taking her guidance on appliances/ flooring and so on as the whole process has been absolutely seamless between the design and supply and fit. All in all, thoroughly recommend and well deserved 5 stars.

Vivienne has been phenomenal. We just recently exchanged on our mortgage and the first point of call was to sort our Kitchen. Vivienne was recommended straight away from a close friend and after our first consultation we knew we were going to roll with her.Vivienne has been very hands on and always available to help with any queries either via email, phone and even in-person.The kitchen we have picked is absolutely stunning and the quality is out of this world. Every piece of material has been carefully selected.We are so excited to have the final product ready and we will continue to work with Vivienne for other parts of our property as well, such as our bathrooms and recommendations for floorings.

I highly recommend Kitchen Co-ordination. Not only is Vivienne totally professional and reliable, but I found her ideas to be interesting, innovative and pragmatic. The quality of the kitchen materials is outstanding and the job was done in really good time with minimum impact on my daily comings and goings. I love Rational kitchens which is how I found Kitchen co-ordination as they are one of the few suppliers in London.Couldn't have been happier. Excellent service - Vivienne came to my home many times, honest and good design advice and excellent service throughout. Excellent fitter too.Now enjoying my lovely new kitchen.
