Tasteless chicken. hot wings ain?t even hot, no seasoning to the actual chicken to the burger. Just go chicken select down the road, you get what you pay for. this KFC is always a let down, i don?t know which people they cater to that there is no flavour

It?s not a fast food
Yesterday, January 24th, I ordered food and waited ten minutes for the food to be ready. After that, I was told to wait another fifteen minutes for the chicken to be ready. After waiting I asked for my order still it wasn?t ready, They wasted 42 minutes of my time for a small order. It was really disappointing

The worst ever.
I have ordered in other kfc but like this one to order over 30 pounds and half of order not to come is really disgusting.
Tried to contact them but they never pick up.

Menu shows an offer on a kentucky original wrap for 2.49. Colleague ordered this yesterday and received a full large wrap with all the additionals eg red cabbage slaw etc. I went today and ordered the exact same thing and i received a small snack wrap. When challenging the staff, i was told, no this is the offer and the packaging is the only difference. My wrap had hardly any mayo and hardly any lettuce. Staff are awful in this branch and show no empathy for their owm mistakes.

I have been to the place and is disgusting. Slow staffs. I stead of doing their job they speak theirs own language and chilling around.

I have ordered online for delivery. It said 20:55 will be by your door. Is received my delivery at 9:55pm. No option to cancel and they do not pick up the phone at all. I do not know hey Edgware KFC has a phone number when they cannot answer it. Fix it or close down the KFC edgware.

Was waiting at the till to be served and some of the staffs friends came in. All had a nice 5 minute chat while I was standing the waiting. Will never go in there again. Total disrespect
