The care and support that the team have provided to our Mum (and us) has been amazing. Following an infection our 91 year Mum had a couple of falls. Mum?s regular daily carer called the ambulance, gave her reassurance and made her comfortable. 24/7 care support was offered and gratefully received on Mum?s discharge the same day. Not sure where we would be without the support from the team, especially her full-time carer. People who genuinely want to ensure their client?s independence and safety. Recommend without hesitation.

Mum has been receiving care from Home Instead for several months now. Having checked ratings for the company prior to engaging them, the care provided reflects the exceptional high standard the ratings suggested. Yes, they are a little more expensive than others but all visits are no less than an hour and their reliability, friendliness and willingness to provide excellent care gives comfort. I have no worries over Carers not turning up or cutting a visit short. The office keeps me fully informed and are very accommodating to changes in Mum's routine due to hospital appointments etc. Mum has very quickly formed close bonds with her Carers and they with her. If you are looking for excellent, reliable care for your relative or loved one, I can highly recommend Home Instead.

This was my first time looking for car for my Dad and the team at Home Instead have made the process so much easier than I would have expected. All the carers involved with caring for my father are kind, friendly and diligent in the care they're providing. The team in the office have also been fantastic and helped me out when I?ve needed extra care provided at extremely short notice. I can?t recommend them enough.

I have been using Home Instead (Wembley) since October 2019 to care for my Mum who is now in the latter stages of dementia. Their level of care and service is excellent. They are very responsive to my Mum's needs as her condition has deteriorated. I would hate to think how we could have coped during lockdown without Home Instead. It is extremely reassuring to know that I can depend on the carers to tend to my Mum's needs on a daily basis. The piece of mind that this gives me cannot be underestimated. Their online portal is really useful as it allows me to keep updated on how Mum is doing on a daily basis. The admin staff are all very friendly and manage Mum's prescriptions for her medications. Overall I would happily recommend Home Instead for care.

I contacted Home Instead to provide support for my mum who is physically able but has dementia and lives with her partner.I was concerned that my mum, who does not feel that she needs any help would not accept the care and support. This has not been the case. The carer built a relationship with my mum over a very short time. She?s shown great flexibility from taking my mum out for coffee or to have a look around the shops to cleaning and helping with personal care.The whole process from my initial enquiry has been smooth and professional.The online visit reports are useful and reassuring. I would highly recommend Home Instead Wembley.

From the moment I contacted Home Instead I have felt relief. Leena Lakhani was quick to put me in contact with Fran my care manager and we had our first meeting set up and a care package in place within a week. If like me, you left it too late this is good to know. My mother was against the idea of anyone coming in and needed to be converted. Fran and then Manbai and Darakshan, her carers, won her over immediately by the way they treated her. in the space of two months she has gone from being utterly resistant and only agreeing to two visits a week, to looking forward to her daily visits. She is also fresher, cleaner and a bit more lively. Fran is always able to meet needs as and when they arrive and we have benefitted from the can do, flexible mindset. Many thanks.

We needed immediate provision of daily home care for my 97 year old father who had been isolating after losing his wife from Covid. He had been ill himself and was unable to look after his flat, clean his clothes and was very lonely. The Wembley Home instead team really came to the rescue and have significantly aided his recovery. From the first moment we contacted the manager on the phone we felt supported and they sprang into action. Dad was visited the next day, a Friday and his care started on Saturday. He is very happy with both of his carers who are proactive in making suggestions to increase his comfort. The manager has continued to be involved and came to visit Dad when we were able to see him and has telephoned us recently to check that all is well and that Dad, and the family, were satisfied with the service. We really like the daily messages on the confidential portal which reassures us that he is well as he is very uncomplaining about his problems. Highly Recommended!

I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and it's staff. Everyone at their Wembley branch could not be more genuinely caring or helpful to both their clients or to the family and friends. They have on a number of occasions gone above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of my elderly friend, including leaving the office to dash over on one occasion when we suspected a fall. Nothing appears to be too much trouble and I have tested that assumption more than once. You may be able to find (slightly) cheaper services, but I doubt you will find any better, or provide better peace of mind.

At a difficult time (mum immobile after knee replacement followed by dad's sudden passing), we were at a loss as to how best to help mum. That call we made to Leena was the best thing we did. She gave us confidence that mum could be helped to walk, her team guided us on the best type of carer for mum and we we were then introduced to Mihiri, who we think is a living angel. Mihiri is an incredible lady, who looked after mum as if she were he own. Mum's mobility is greatly improved (she can walk around with a frame) and she is much more self confident. I cannot recommend Home Instead enough, for the way in which they gave us hope at a difficult time, for the carer they provided and for the professional way in which they managed mum's care through-out.

Such a wonderful team of staff and caregivers. They have been a lifeline. The quality and dignity of care is so high, their systems of reporting back to the family, their admin and their service user portal are significant ways that our quality of life is made that much better. I can thoroughly recommend Home Instead Senior Care (Wembley). They have been proving care for my father for over two years. He has lost most of his sight and is frail, but still has a keen interest in a range of activities, and the team of carers provide live in care, and take him out on coach trips and support other family members.There is consistency over the carers who get to support him. The service is reliable, safe and effective and operates to a high standard. Their policies are well documented and comprehensive.The team are good at working with myself and my sister, and without this support Dad would not be able to stay at home. I know that he is hugely grateful of the care that they provide both to him, but also supporting my sister and I.
