Broadwalk Shopping Center is running a parking SCAM. They are charging twice the parking charge compare what is displayed on the site. Day parking is displayed as £6 and they charge £12 for few hours of parking and refuse to refund the over payment. Trading standard must take action for these scamers.

The service was very slow for only serving two people. Staff were not friendly and welcoming. I had to leave the items as I was in a hurry and two rude cashiers gave me a dirty stare.. I would not be stepping back in this branch.

This is a smaller H&B branch, but the staff is very friendly, the shop is clean and organized. Recommend it.

Had a lovely shopping experinece at the the Edgware Branch. Shop floor is modern and well stocked. Staff are very helpful with great customer service particularly Demisa thank you for your assistance, will definitely recommend this branch to friends and family

I been today at shop of edrawe Road. The supervisor had no maners and rude and very arrogant. I was bit surprised cos its first time some been funny i had to insist the girl refuse to give her name or costomers service numberHer name is ANA PREZLY .and she claimed she is managerSo the rating is 0 starI am giving one start cos I know the rest of the staff they are nice usually and friendly i been coming to that shop at least 4 years then I get rude young girl behaving like the owner this contry

I haven't visited for a while as I have been shopping online. The stock was really good,unfortunately I cannot say the same about the member of staff who served me at the till. I had a code to use to get a discount, unfortunately it was incomplete, having made me feel totally stupid I did not think that I could have checked the bar code on my phone until I had left the store paying full price for the items. Shame as I have previously been very happy.

I love it. They have everything I need nutritionally I need on a regular basis. Lovely helpful staff. Set in a good location in the Edgware broadwalk shopping center with plenty outdoor parking available on the Sainsbury's side. The complex is also next to the tube station.
