It's been years since I tried Greggs, the distinct taste was etched In my memory as I didn't have access to it for over a decade. Needless to say my expectations were very high, unfortunately it seems that their food quality has drastically dropped since the last time I went here.
At first I thought that this was due to the fact that I had put this place on a pedestal, and maybe I was misremembering. I ended up trying a pastie from a place very close, and that is what I remember pasties tasting like.
The service and atmosphere were great, I will give Greggs another shot, maybe what I got was a bad batch.

There is one asian guy that works here that CONSTANTLY overcharges by at least 50p. I never want to say anything as to not hold up the que. This is unacceptable and has happened regularly/daily now. Please train your starff members or this one in particular to stop stealing peoples money. I imagine it adds up at the end of the day. He charges meal deals as individual items and single items as the most expensive ones and not the ones you are actually purchasing.

Unable to handle card payments so could only buy 2 packs of mince pies as card machine wasn't working. I only carry £5 cash and was extremely disappointed as I had travelled especially to buy 4 packs now Burnt Oak branch is closed. Will go to wenzils instead of Gregg's

Great place for a quick bite, always clean and customers facing. Opens early enough for a breakfast and shuts late, if anyone prefers last snack of the day.Vegetarian options: Veggie pasties are the best!
