“before this i used to go to specsavers, and i always left rushed with the test and always taking me to the expensive frames.i was recomended by a friend to go to Vaid Optometrists and this is my new place to go.i arrived 10 minutes early from my appointment and only waited another 5 minutes to be seen. as im sure all Optometrists must follow a standard for eye tests, she was very pleasent to work with. she made sure i was sure of my answers and not just rush.when the test were over i was ushered to the frame selection. and what i liked was they didnt try take me STRAIGHT to the expensive frames. after picking the ones i liked they mentioned the different types of lenses and coatings, again not presuring me to get the expesnive top end lenses and coating.within a week was told they were ready and when picking them up they made sure everything was correct.defo new Optometrists going forward.”
