There is a young fella there called Yusef. you should keep an eye on him for future management. Today I went in there with my 91 year old mum and this young lad was the most helpful and kind to us.
Helpful and lovely people skills, he will make a fantastic manager one day.

Have been with EE for a very long time and they have always been very helpful and professional and have given me the best deals on my and wife's phones and today the team member who sorted out new iPhone for the wife was very helpful and professional and got me the best deal on this and I will be with them for many years to come

Its a shame you can't give less than one star because they deserve zero. Rude is not the word. The staff manage to be disinterested and rude at the same time. Went to the store to collect a contract phone I had delivered there. They would not let me collect the phone because I didn't have a passport or a driver's license. The staff were just very dismissive and arrogant. Apparently I was baffling when I simply came to the store to collect the phone. I did have ID with my picture on, a bank card and a letter with my home address. Staff did not try to help one bit. They put me on the phone to the ee sales team and they were as useless as a bucket with a whole in it. Told me yet again I couldn't get the phone without a passport or drivers license even though I didn't need them to sign up for the phone. Massive waste of time. Will never and I repeat never deal with ee ever again. The customer service is beyond terrible. They think they can take people for granted really. One day that will be their undoing. Avoid avoid avoid.

Very unprofessional staff - I went there to upgrade my phone, chose and got it, but nobody checked if my SIM card fits the new phone. After returning home I've discovered that my SIM was not compatible with my new phone so I had to drive to the shop the next day, waist my time and eventually receive a suitable SIM card. That shows that the staff don't care about their customers.
