your housekeeper is not ok in your store because you speak very badly and doesn't know how to behave with customers, please do something because something bad will happen there with her, she behaves very badly, I don't recommend the housekeeper there

I have a very negative opinion about the way the manager of this Coffee shop behaves with customers, she is a very arrogant person ,if you told her that your order was wrong, she raises her voice and looks at you with malice, such a person has nothing to do in environment surrounded by people and not even with the function of Manager! Is not my first time having my coffee there and she?s always like that !

I am having coffe here few times a week at lunch time with my friend and we notice that the manager Emma is not very friendly with the customers, she looks like bored and barely smiling, also she is very rude with her staff, i heard her and saw her many times shouting at the staff and not only that but shouting in front of customers, wich is not very nice , this is not a way to treat the staff and people in general , i don t even want to think how she shout when there are not customers around. This is not a way for a manager to act with the staff , i felt very bad for her staff, we need to be kind with each other , it doesn t mean if we are the manager or not. This should be investigated with HR .
