At the broadway in Edgware I was with my mum on Wednesday 18/12/24 about 3 pm. The lady who was serving there is so rude. Make customers feel uncomfortable with her grumpy face and snappy attitude.
Will never go there again.
Costa's employees should have some training about customer service.

For god sake, who runs this place!
My pregnant wife ordered a Panini and when she had her food half, they took the plate away and once she asking about it, they started shouting at her saying we are not pigs! I'll make it a formal complaint but avoid this place.

On Tuesday 23rd April, I went to Costa Coffee and I order my usual cappuccino, I was served by A very nice lady, with a wonderful smile and great customer service skills. I asked for her name and I find out she?s Florentina, what a lovely person, she really made my day and she was extremely nice and polite. Thank you very much Florentina,!

I had a coffe yesterday and I am feeling very sick. My mouth is dry and I feel dizzy, I feel and my kidney hurts, I have been drinking so much water after the coffee but still I am not well.

I love my hot drink from Marta, and I really appreciate the other staff for all the help, a lad named Clyde gave me all I needed and helped my with my seat. I had a great day in a good atmosphere, but sad it is located in the middle of centre so it?s a little noisy.
