We just been to South Africa with friends ( 3 couples ) & our trip was arranged by Alpa & the team ! We were so pleased that the hotels & the complete itinerary was the best & we throughly enjoyed the trip ! The safari lodge in kruger was a private lodge & we were so pleased to see the BIG 5 !! Telephone lines are rubbish. Can?t hear a word they?re saying. Yet you can hear loud and clear their colleague sitting in their vicinity.Took a whole 2 weeks of constant reminders and pestering to respond to my flight itinerary suggestions. I had to call back 4 times to be then told to wait while they checked my options.Was then told prices 30% higher than that of southall travels and travel hub.Was recommended to them. However I strongly do not recommend

Hmmm, Service is questionable... called first time round with details on the vacation I wanted to book...chased after 3 days and still waiting after a week! There are better travel agents out there who are responsive and care about their clientele.
