I called the delivery guy on the same day, and he told me to go to the store tomorrow and talk to the boss. Today I went to the store and told the boss, I said: I have three things. One, the headboard has no holes, and two, The lift up bed can't be shut down, three, the sample I saw is a large bed cabinet, and the one given to me has two small ones, why? The first question he asked me to call the delivery guy, he said he was in charge of sales and orders, his guy was in charge of packing, the second question answered that the bed was new, it was normal if it couldn't be shut down, itwould take 1-2 weeksShut down, third, he said you ordered a big bed, how could it be so big to move into th hille house?
