Ellie was really helpful, thank you! Despite it being the end of the day she helped so I could put the cards through the till in the best order so I could make the most of the deals (buy 4 for the price of 3!) and also instinctively turned over cards I'd bought for someone who happened to be standing next to me without me even having to say anything! Thanks Ellie, you're fab!

We bought balloons they blew it but not gave weighed they charge for it as when I go Harrow branch they provide good service with smiles and charge me for weight for balloons I return some balloons so she is being rude.

The manager was very rude to me today over a replacement for bah brought from card factory branch the man straight up accused me of tearing up the bag deliberately to get a new one which is not what I came for I came for exchange from something I came for the shop must be very broke not to not even exchange 1.49 the bag isn't even the issue it's the mannerism and accusation I didn't apperciate and I will be reporting this.....
