The staff at this Caffè Nero in Edgware were incredibly rude, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Their frequent unpleasant looks made me feel extremely uncomfortable, which ruined the experience. It?s not a place I?d choose to visit again.

Today, in particular. My partner and I felt so disappointed due to service given by the new girls working as barista.
My partner had a roll and requested it to be toasted. When it was served, the roll looked like a messy pancake that couldn?t be eaten with the fingers only.
It never happened before as we have always bedn coming here for years. Boyfriend always ordered the same.
The barista girls should know how to look at their presentation as well as how they treat the paying customer?s food. It does not matter wherever the barista girls work in Nero or any cafe and restaurant as long as they are serious about their jobs. Soon enough one of them went home. Were they rushing and didn?t care about the paying customer?s food? Or maybe they could not be bothered as it is not theirs anyway? It seems so irrresponsible and very low standard of service for us as we are used to the gentleman who used to work there and did everything well.
So for that. Cafe. Nero Edgware gets 1 1/2 stars from us overall.

Very nice coffee shop. The prices are a little steep but the coffee is worth it. The staff were really friendly. Would recommend and would go again after pay day.

Italian style Cafe, we ordered Latte & mango and passion fruit juice, Coffee was good, Juice is not.
Service was good and the staff were nice, atmosphere is great, suits working on laptops, reading, and group gathering.

The café was busy, staff with too much to do, had latte in and no cups the girl risend one to serve the tray that had dirty cups was used leaving the dirty spoon when I mentioned, she ignored me and just swapped the spoon and tissue

I don?t usually go to Caffè Nero but I did today and wow the staff member there on 12th May at 10am, extremely passive agressive and full of attitude. Left and went to Starbucks next door.
