The staff at this Caffè Nero in Edgware were incredibly rude, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Their frequent unpleasant looks made me feel extremely uncomfortable, which ruined the experience. It’s not a place I’d choose to visit again.

Today, in particular. My partner and I felt so disappointed due to service given by the new girls working as barista.
My partner had a roll and requested it to be toasted. When it was served, the roll looked like a messy pancake that couldn’t be eaten with the fingers only.
