Sadly missing any sense of Welcome in spite of service station name. Chairs on tables @ 8:20pm and floor being mopped. Haven?t experienced such a horror show since East Berlin 1996. And prices beyond a joke (and that?s Burger King, not the £1.69/litre at the petrol station

If I could score 0 I would staff haven't a clue drinks machine not working burger left in bag on counter while waiting for chips so burger was cold.

London Gateway motorway services.... as it's so near to London it is always under used so generally quieter than other services. Waitrose, BK, WHS, Starbucks etc. Massive parking, EV charging, even a pleasant grassed area with tables to sit outside if its sunny.

If I could given them 0 star I would have. Honestly their food not eatable. It has not taste whatsoever and it was cold as ice. The fries had very bad smell and burger was hard like metal. Please change your oil once while cause your fries smell terrible. It?s a waste of money to buy anything from them. It?s truly unbelievable to serve this kind of food and never face any consequences in terms of quality and cleanliness. You should avoid this so called Fast food restaurants.
