I come often to the Edgware branch for clothes for my children and it?s always a pleasure. Sara, the manageress is always so helpful and lovely. It makes the whole experience less stressful and means I keep coming back every time my kids grow again!

Horrible costumer service. The lady was shouting on the phone in front of costumers. The racks that are meant to be on sale are misleading. They overcharged me, when I came back and asked for a refund the two staff members where rude especially the lady. She gave me a lot of attitude, and was speaking to her colleague in her own language in front of me which made me feel very uncomfortable. Zero costumers service skills. Management needs to train their staff correctly.

Edgware branch is rarely open b4 10am... though website says half 9... here I am again sitting outside at 9.50... no sign of life!!!!

Went in today - there was a £5 rail in the front of the shop. My partner chose two t-shirts and took them to the till. The shop assistant charged £20. There was a handwritten tag on each hanger which read '£5'. The shop assistant said that someone had put the tags on the wrong hangers. This was odd as the t-shirts we chose had the £5 handwritten tags on all of the hangers. I'm.sure this is against the Trade Description Act. Bad service. - very unimpressed. Never again!
