So difficult to find anything in here! Staff are unfriendly and willing to help on the shop floor with what you're looking for...rather than saying the aisle number, maybe take the customer to the the aisle. A small gesture goes a long way...It seems the staff are all interested in packing online orders rather than helping customers in front of them.

I thought I would revisit this Asda after a 5 year break, to see if they have improved . And no I was completely disappointed with them and even worse than before it seems, badly managed for customers and the staff.
1/ the toilets upstairs locked, out of order so disabled one downstairs only option and key had to be obtained.
2/ we used 'Scan & Go' and filled our basket with £133 worth of shopping. As we were scanning our last item my wife heard (with difficulty due to the barely audible message on the tannoy) that the scan and go was broken! Chaos ensued, queues became a free for all and no discipline by customers or staff.
3/ up travelators out of order so had to cram into an already overloaded lift.
4/ couldn't put trolley on upstairs park as chain and keep missing.
5/ 1.5 hrs added to our in store time so 3hrs overall.
6/ the other most annoying problem was the trolley kept pulling to the left as the shopping weight increased, So a 2 handed operation was required to keep it straight.
7/ will NEVER use this badly run store again and will strongly encourage others to boycott.

Unfortunately I had a worse shopping experience in Asda Colindale today, for while I wanted to give this feedback but I thought the staff are working hard and it may not be fair but the staff are extremely rude, While I appreciate the hard work of retail staff, I encountered several issues. Firstly, I had difficulty communicating with multiple employees due to English language barriers even after I found the senior member of staff she was unhelpful then to avoid travel to other store it take me 15min to search and find the item, Secondly, when I asked about fresh ginger, a staff member in the produce section responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. she shout at me go and look at the shelf if is there is there. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving customer service at this location."

Nice big Asda with plenty choice and very clean. Staff was alright. If it is busy the queue for the self check out can be a bit confusing.

Very poor experience. Wrong price on shelf. No product with that price. Obviously they did not update the price on shelf and refused to sell me the product. Asked me to go to check price which is their job not mine. took a picture and show them asked me to wait on customer service and no manager came for 15 minutes. Worst customer service - they avoid talking to you. No wonder ASDA is making losses.

The most frenetic environment I have ever been in. This store is the embodiment of pure chaos. Both staff members and customers alike appear to lack basic spatial awareness and will constantly barge into you with their trolleys, so forget coming here if you value your sanity and wish to shop in peace. There is rarely ever more than one check-out desk open so the self-checkout would presumably be the most optimal choice, however this isn?t the case at all; the staff constantly appear to be bickering amongst themselves rather than helping the multitude of people who need assistance with the machines. It?s no wonder why the queues are extraordinarily long. The only positive I can think of is that this store tends to stock a lot of niche and ethnic food products which its other supermarket counterparts such as Aldi mightn?t offer.
