The 2nd time I been here alina knows how to wash blow dry hair many places before attending here didn't know. All of them here use the right brushes right shampoo conditioner and serum all the products are correct many salons especially in borehamwood where I been don't use the right brushes or right shampoo or conditioner they don't even know how to cut shape anything. Here at amo they know about hair I'm so grateful for alina and amo salon thank u u guys are amazing

I've been going to Ingrid at Amo for about 4 years now and always come out with what I want and feel good with my haircut. She listens and understands her clients and respects their wishes, even when I want to change my style. Would highly recommend.

Very rude and horrible costumer service I wanted to just ask some question about a service I was rudely brushed off and was quoted an insane price on purpose. I did not feel welcomed and was very judged would not recommend to go if you want a pleasent experience.

The visit to the salon was very nice and relaxing. I was accompanied by Ingrid. I felt very well taken care of. The color and hairstyle were exactly what I had chosen. Ingrid washed my hair very thoroughly. This was very important. I give Ingrid 5 stars.

I am not mad about getting a bad haircut but, yeah, I did get a bad haircut. Ingrid might just not have the experience yet or they are not used to cutting this particular hairstyle (mullet) but either way I do not like the outcome. I tried my very best to explain what I would like to get, brought multiple pictures from multiple angles but in vain. Amongst all the pictures I showed her, one of them was of me having the desired haircut which I had done three months ago at a different salon and she still tried to convince me that it is not possible to achieve the exact same haircut because of differences in hair and face shape...etc. My fringe is not symmetrical at all, and when I pointed out how on my right side its significantly shorter than the left side and she did cut off a good chunk of my hair way shorter than I wanted she tried to correct it by cutting the other side to match but in fear of making it worse I just told her it looks good, paid and left. I did not complain there and because I genuinely think that it was just the lack of experience with the style or Ingrid might just be new, I don't know. When I got home I noticed multiple other mistakes and I will need to get my hair fixed by a different stylist after growing it out for a bit. Ingrid was very polite however, did really pay attention to me as a person (always made sure to hand me my eyeglasses...etc) Maybe just don't go there if you have short hair or unusual hairstyle.Edit: spellingService: Hairstyling
