Wonderful experience from the staff member working on the deli counter. He was very polite and met our order with a smile. It?s not often service is review worthy in a shop but he put a smile on mine and my husband?s face. Thank you. Visted 13/01/24 at 3pm.

What a horrible experience with the so called Manager who refused to give her name and did not wear any name badges. She shouted at me and my 81 year old mentally ill lady friend that she doesn't want to see us again in the store when I dare to mention that it's not displayed that you can have 1 free coffee a day using your Waitrose card which is a customer misleading! I had to help at least 3 people how to use the machine, as no staff was nearby, and 1 of the 2 machines did not work at all!! It's not about the free coffee, it's her attitude and appalling behaviour towards us, customers! As an employee She works against the business. She is a morbidly obese woman wearing glasses with a blue plastic frame. Shouted and pointed to us in the middle of the store with everyone's shocked look. Appalling, humiliating, embarrassing and shameful!! I can assure you that we never go back to the East Sheen store while Tesco is just on the opposite side of the road! What a shame!

Being unwell I?ve had to use Uber Eats for Waitrose delivery and they make no effort to provide a best match with missing items. 50% of the order is missing and I?ve been told they?re available in store. I wouldn?t trust this service.

This is an excellent Waitrose with fantastic product selection, especially of higher quality imports. Staff are always friendly here, bakery fresh, easy to get around, clean and good location. I especially like the free coffee with your Waitrose card, and the check out is always very quick.

Well stocked. Easy access. Good parking. Toilets, though these are security locked from time to time.
