We often pop for lunch here on a Sunday but recently tried dinner of a weekday and the service and food is always 10/10. Sunday lunch is especially delicious the roast pork roast is worth a try, it has a beautiful outdoor garden very homely for adults and children.

I really liked the burger and soup. The young lady waited was super nice!
We?ve been to the restaurant as a family today, everything is very ?smooth?, waiter ladies are super kind, food is tasty, atmosphere is very charming, and the restaurant itself is very warm. We enjoyed the evening a lot.

Horrible customer service. Manger of the hotel hired two cleaning company , and one of the company does not pay her cleaners.
We were trying to figure out this situation with the hotel but Natalie as a pub manager should literally stay working at pub because she have one job as a manger as she can?t do it properly.
Disgusting and we will put everything online.
She should contact the cleaning company to see what happens and let them know that this is illegal to don?t pay for the job that have been done , or try to solve this problem , but she simply clean her hands .!!!!

Very nice place, there is a pub part and a restaurant part. They have a spacious garden if the weather is good.
The food is excellent,
they change the menu quite regularly, with nice variety.
The service was great, very polite, and helpful.

I travel to the UK from the US often for vacation and I wanted to stay outside of London this time around, The Victoria was the PERFECT spot. Easy to check-in, affordable, comfy bed, cozy room, very friendly helpful staff, restaurant and pub downstairs. There is a lot to do around quiet Sheen as far as food, pubs and light shopping. London is an hour bus ride/ train ride away (which I enjoy) and about 22-26 minutes via Uber, same timing if heading directly to Heathrow airport. Whenever I return, I won't hesitate to book here again.
Safety: Quiet, well-lit neighborhood
Walkability: We walked everywhere! Restaurants, pubs and grocery stores are only a 10-minute walk away.

Food and drinks: Absolutely. delicious food. I stayed two nights - I live in Sheen, but we were having a new boiler put in - the house was an Icebox???. My husband joined me for Dinner, and had the best Turbot - and he is VERY fussy!!

Went for food.
Food was tasty and came quick once ordered.
But it took ages to get given menus, then ages to have our orders taken and we gave up waiting for them to ask what we wanted for dessert and left.

Super cozy place to stay in Richmond, it?s an hour away from the airport, 20 minutes to Richmond station and about an hour to central London
The rooms are cozy and you get water, tea and coffee
It?s super clean
The people working there are super nice and helpful
The food is delicious, you get nice breakfast included or can order more
If you stay in a room you get 20% off your orders in the restaurant
If I come back to London I will stay here again

We loved our stay at The Victoria! The best part of our stay was the staff ? everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The included continental breakfast was perfect, and we loved that we could get espresso drinks as well. It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for a quiet getaway. There was a fan in the room, which was helpful as it got quite warm in London during our stay! We will definitely be back!
